J. Mendel Collection Portfolio
As associate women's wear patternmaker at J. Mendel (2014-2017), I was responsible for making the designers' vision into reality. The idea would begin with a sketch given to me. It was my job to make the sketch into reality via flat patternmaking, draping, fittings, style adaptations, and other techniques. Below are a) sketch and fitting photos (showing samples of sketches I was given as patternmaker, and resulting garment/s), and b) look slideshow images from Vogue Runway and Moda Operandi for garments for which I was the key patternmaker, assorted in descending order via runway season.
